How AI Booking Works
Both SMS and Voice AI can book appointments directly into your schedule.
The Process
Customer says they want to book (e.g., "Can you come Friday at 2pm?")
AI collects: name, address, what they need, date, time
AI creates a job with status "Scheduled"
Job appears on your Schedule calendar
You get an SMS alert (if alerts are enabled)
Date Handling
The AI understands natural language dates:
"Friday" → next Friday
"Tomorrow" → next day
"Next Monday" → Monday of next week
"May 21st" → exact date
All dates use Eastern Time (Toronto).
