Go to Messages in the sidebar.

Contact List

Left side shows all conversations grouped by phone number, sorted by most recent.

Chat View

Click a conversation to see the full thread:

Gray bubbles — Customer messages

Orange bubbles — AI replies (marked with Bot badge)

[CALL] prefix for voice call transcripts

Delete

Click the trash icon to delete a conversation. The next text from that number will create a new lead.
